This is a Brand New BIG Bore Cylinder Kit for Kawasaki KLX 140 / 140L or KLX 150 Series. This kits comes complete with a New Cylinder - Piston - Wrist Pin - Rings - Clips and Gaskets.

Include stage 1 camshaft for better performance. Keep all your original parts, simply bolt it up! Don't be fooled by other sellers claiming to have 175cc KITS, 63mm piston with standard crankshaft will be 169.5cc exactly or known as 170cc big bore kit I also have 186cc kit with 66mm piston (needs to bore out the case) and also 206cc with stroker crankshaft.

Cylinder barrel with ceramic coating and forged piston are available as well. I built many race engines for KLX140 / KLX150 and we can customize racing parts based on your needs. Please see my other listings or send me a message if you have any concern or questions. Rejet the carbs is needed after installing this kit or change the carburetor with bigger size, 26 or 28mm.
