Precision-machined aerospace-grade aluminum cylinders featuring a Nickel-Silicon-Carbide (NSC) electroplated bore. Sleeve-free design allows for increased bore capacity. NSC coating reduces friction to deliver more horsepower, cooler operating temperatures, and extended engine life. Monster big bore kits require crankcase boring; additional performance upgrades are strongly recommended. Kit includes two all-aluminum NSC-coated cylinders, custom-forged pistons with high-tension rings engineered specifically for NSC bores, plus head and base gaskets. Upgraded cylinder studs and head bolts are recommended for optimal performance.
