New MTC Engineering Big Bore Piston Kit, 260cc. This listing is for an MTC Engineering. Forged aluminum piston for a KLX250 dirt bike. This piston kit is 72mm and will increase the KLX250 displacement from 246cc to 260cc.. This piston is manufactured in Cocoa Florida using the highest quality aluminum alloy.

Each piston is subjected to a battery of quality control checks to assure uniformity and high quality. Some of the world's fastest motorcycles are equipped with MTC Engineering pistons.

This MTC Engineering piston kit contains the following: (1) 72mm aluminum forged piston, 10.5:1 compression ratio R/H fire slot. (1) Hard chromed wrist pin.

(1) Set of 72mm rings. (with three piece oil ring) (2) Teflon buttons sized for a 72mm bore. (buttons take the place of circlips) The picture just shows the piston. You get all of the parts listed above. This piston will fit 1979 and 1980 Kawasaki KLX250 models. The piston has a 17mm wrist pin. It has valve reliefs sized for 39mm intake valves and 33mm exhaust valves. The piston has the spark plug fire slot on the right hand side. Com offers a complete machine shop service.
