Genuine High Quality Cylinder Kit. Picture for illustration only, exact applications may vary. Sale includes a brand new Magnum big bore Nikasil plated cylinder, Namura complete big bore piston kit and a high quality top end gasket kit. Magnum cylinders are ready-to-install, eliminating the hassle of sending out your cylinder for replating or boring and are competitively priced compared to typical replating cost. Magnum cylinders look virtually identical to OEM and are nickel silicon carbide plated for long life. Namura piston kit includes piston, high quality rings, circlips and wrist pin. High quality top end gasket kit includes all the necessary gaskets to install the new big bore kit. Some machining may be required. A certain percentage of 400EX's -- but not all of them -- require case trimming where the cylinder sleeve fits into the top of the case opening. This is due to the fact that not all 400EX cases were manufactured exactly the same from Honda -- some clearances are tighter than others.
