90mm NEW DESIGN cylinders NO CORES REQUIRED. 11.5:1 CP or JE forged pistons. Cometic top end gasket kit. Titanium head stud kit for both heads.

840 kits in the past have had compression issues. We designed this kit to fix those.

This product is NOT DIY. Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and it is the responsibility of the person assembling and tuning the engine to make sure everything works correctly. It requires special tools and has to be done 100% correct. Many parts must be measured down to.

We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. If it can not be fixed we will supply you with a new one.
