These are the replacement cases used with the SSP-G Oil-Cooled 180cc Big Bore Power Kit and feature the larger 57mm cylinder stud spacing required for B-block performance cylinders. The cylinder opening is designed to accommodate 63mm-67mm bore performance setups, making these cases an excellent starting point for a high-performance GY6 build. Unlike modifying a standard A-block crankcase to accept a large cylinder sleeve, these cases are purpose-built for larger-bore applications. Designed for 63mm-67mm bore applications.

This SSP-G case uses the larger 57mm B-block stud pattern, providing additional room for compatible large-bore cylinders and eliminating the need to machine a standard case when used with the correct B-block components. Originally designed for the SSP-G 180cc Oil-Cooled Power Kit, these replacement cases can also be used as the foundation for other compatible 63mm-67mm B-block performance builds. The crankcase is already drilled and tapped for an optional external oil cooler system. An oil cooler can be particularly beneficial on large-displacement GY6 engines where increased cylinder size and performance can generate additional operating heat. This is a B-block / B-case crankcase with 57mm cylinder stud spacing. It is NOT a direct replacement for every GY6 125cc or 150cc engine.
