178cc Big Bore Kit: - All aluminum ceramic plated 67mm cylinder - Lightweight high compression 67mm piston with rings, pin, & clips - Head gasket kit - includes the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket. This is our most affordable 178cc bore kit for the KLX110.

The kit includes an all aluminum ceramic plated 67mm. This cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). NOTE- CASES MUST BE BORED TO ACCEPT BIG BORE CYLINDER. Cylinder Skirt is 69×15.1mm, bore case to at least 70x16mm.
