HONDA XL125 1983 ON 190 kit 65.5MM Big Bore Straight Fit OE GASKETS
Here we have a 125 big bore kit for a XL125 1982 OWARDS with the bore size of 65.5mm its the same size as the same bore size as TLR200/xr200. Slightly shorter crank stroke which makes for lively motor and different deck height on piston compared to Tlr200 so you don't get the full 200 cc but big increase 9mm 56.5 mm to 65.50mm, Bottom on Spigot on cylinder were it fits into crankcase is 68mm so you must have 70mm crankcase hole. So if you have a XL125 and it has the large 70mm crankcase hole you can have the same size bore as TLR200/xr200. Cylinder is a alloy big fin for better cooling sim size to xl185 bored relined modified in the uk.
Piston is a 65.50mm we modified the deck hight in the uk the crown and skirt to assure straight fit. 56.5mm is std bore so 9mm increase massive difference.
