For KAWASAKI KLX140 KLX150 BIG BORE KIT with CAMSHAFT
Kawasaki KLX 140 - KLX 150 Big Bore Cylinder Kit with Camshaft. Now with new camshaft with roller rocker arm design! We have developed new roller rocker for the custom camshaft to increase bottom-end response faster, the rocker arm specially designed for cams on this package. We have also customize the cylinder head to fit with the new rocker arm. Cylinder Head with Big Valve 31-25mm. This cylinder head already ported and also have been customized for 63mm piston size. Now FREE performance valve springs, valve seal and cams bearings. This kit come complete with misc parts on the cylinder head include exhaust gasket. Keep all your original parts, simply bolt it up!
Rejet the carb is needed after installing this kit, change with racing exhaust strongly recommended. We also have 186cc kit with 66mm piston (needs to bore out the case) and also 206cc and 220cc with stroker crankshaft.
Cylinder barrel with ceramic coating and forged piston are available as well We built many race engines for KLX140 / KLX150 and we can customize racing parts based on your needs Please see my other listings or send me a message if you have any concern or questions.
