Phongeer (aka PG) decided to offer a 82cc / 50mm performance bore kit, complete with tuned cylinder head. Many have asked for the largest Dio bore kit that will bolt to the stock crankshaft. In other words the biggest bore kit with out changing the crankshaft, or grinding or cutting the case to fit. So this will bolt straight on to your stock crankshaft or bolted kit to a Mini -Stroker crankshaft and get as much as 89cc. In Taiwan they call these a 89cc or 90cc Bore kit.

But bolted to the stock crankshaft it is closer to 82cc. Complete with all items in photos to bolts up to your scoot's engine. IMPORTANT: The new 4 hardened cylinder studs come in the kit, but not in the photos.

This means a bigger carb. Also an after market exhaust. No instructions with kit, so best to have qualified 2 cycle bike mechanic installed bore kit. One that has experience in installing and tuning aftermarket performance parts. No Local Pick-Ups, check your local moped shops.
