Pro Cross Cyl Hon Trx250r 250r To 330 Big Bore O/s 77.50mm Piston Kit+gasket
This is a new L. Sleeve piston + gasket kit for the PRO CROSS cylinder ATC-250R 85-86, TRX-250R 87-89 BIG BORE to 330cc, 2-Stroke.
The kit is supplied with the big bore oversize 77.50mm size forged piston, rings, wrist pin, clips, bearing along with the Top End O-ring Gasket kit. The standard bore size for the ATC/TRX-330R is 76.00mm. This piston kit is the big bore size to fit an oversize to 77.50mm bore. FIRST THING TO DO: CHECK YOUR BORE SIZE BEFORE ORDERING!
This kit is for the PRO CROSS Big Bore Cylinder with the O-Ring gaskets for the top end. Year model 87-89 uses a. 190 base plate with this piston.The 330 Big Bore started at 76mm. A qualified machine shop is required to bore or hone your cylinder to fit the piston. Note: Picture is the exact model, you will receive when ordering the following. 1 each piston kit part# W330P6 and gasket part# GS330.
