KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas 450cc and 500cc Big Bore Piston Kit 98mm Piston

  

This is a custom design piston that will work with all KTM, Husqvarna, GAS GAS 450cc and 500cc engines from 2016 and newer. 98mm Bore bumps a 450cc engine up to 480cc, and a 500cc engine to 532cc (requires appropriate cylinder). Specifically designed to work with our Geisick Performance 98mm cylinders kits but will also work with many other 98mm aftermarket cylinders to create a bolt on 480cc or 530cc engine. Custom designed forged JE piston is a light weight design.

14.5:1 compression ratio. Built in clearances for larger valves and bigger camshafts. We have unmatched expertise and can help out to answer or solve any issues and pride ourselves in excellent customer service.

Piston will work on the following models (with our cylinder bored to this piston size). KTM 450 SX-F 2015 and newer 450 XC-F 2015 and newer 450 EXC-F Six Days 2015 and newer 500 EXC-F 2015 and newer.
