KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas 450cc and 500cc Big Bore Piston Kit 97mm Piston
This is a custom design piston that will work with all KTM, Husqvarna, GAS GAS 450cc and 500cc engines from 2016 and newer. 97mm Bore bumps a 450cc engine up to 480cc, and a 500cc engine to 532cc (requires appropriate cylinder). Custom designed forged JE piston is a light weight design.
14.5:1 compression ratio. Built in clearances for larger valves and bigger camshafts. Specifically designed to work with our 97mm cylinders to create a bolt on 480cc or 530cc engine. We have unmatched expertise and can help out to answer or solve any issues and pride ourselves in excellent customer service. Piston will work on the following models (with our cylinder bored to this piston size).
