TB 60mm Bore Kit, V2 High Compression - Race Head Only KLX/YX/ZS. TBparts 60mm bore kit for use with with race heads only. This kit includes our race head 60mm high compression piston. (not for use with stock KLX or Z125 cylinder heads).

If you already have our V2 Race Head (or similar race head V1) and need a new 60mm bore kit, this is the one you want! It comes with our high compression piston kit dome matched for our TBparts V2 Kawasaki cylinder head (They also work with the V1 and V1 style race heads).

The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases. High compression 11.2:1 domed 60mm piston, with rings, pin, & clips. (for our V2 Race Head only) 155cc setup is 12:1 pump 91+ octane gas friendly. Ceramic coated all aluminum cylinder (no steel sleeve). Head gasket kit - Now includes the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket. Bolt on upgrade for Chinese engines equipped with KLX110 V1 style top end - YX160 & ZS155. There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don't have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer.
