Cylinder Works +3mm 478cc Big Bore Cylinder Kit. This item fits the following models. Ready-to-install, direct bolt-on cylinders require no re-plating and look virtually identical to the OEM cylinders. Three kit options to choose from: Standard Bore, Standard Bore Hi-Compression and Big Bore. Cylinder kits include matched Vertex pistons to ensure longevity, performance and reduced engine noise.

Nickel Silicon Carbide plated for long life. Kits come complete with gaskets, cylinder, piston, rings, pin and clips. Big bore cylinders do not require machine work (unless noted). We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods.
