CG150 65.5mm Big Bore Kit Performance Package (Zongshen, X-pro, RPS Condor etc)

  

This is a complete bolt-on Big Bore Kit. The stock CG150 is 149.44cc and this kit will increase displacement to 166.79cc. That is an 11.6% increase in displacement with this simple bolt-on. The kit comes with cylinder, piston, piston rings, valve stem oil seals, 15mm wrist pin, Circlips, head gaskets (2) and exhaust gasket(1), iridium Spark plug, High Performance 50KV Ignition Coil, Quick reaction to ignition, less prone to ignition interruptions, 428 17t front sprocket and high-lift race cam with gear. The kit will fit any CG150 air cooled engine (CG162FMM).

You can expect substantial bottom end torque gain with this kit and around 5-10mph+ top end (this gain will be directly related to what other mods you have or make). It is suggested, at the minimum, to re-jet the stock carburetor when adding this kit. This is the biggest bore kit you can get without machine work having to be done on the engine. You can expect substantial power gains.
