This 70mm Big Bore Kit is a performance part designed for the CG250cc(167FMM) air-cooled engines used in dual sport motorcycles, scooters, street bikes, off-road motorcycles and ATVs. This complete kit is a direct bolt on fit for this engine. The kit includes piston, cylinder sleeve (barrel/jug), gasket set, exhaust gasket, piston rings, valve oil seals, 16mm wrist pin and circlips.

The kit is compatible with Hawk (fuel injection or carburetor), X-Pro, TaoTao, SSR, RPS, Janus, Orion RXB, and SOME Kayo, Rato, Apollo and other brands that have the CG250 engine, and is ideal for those looking to increase the speed, power and torque of their engine. This kit will give a substantial increase in bottom end torque and 5-10 mph in top speed (depending on various factors like jetting, other mods on the engine, and rider weight) and increase displacement from the stock 229cc to 250cc (250.15cc).

IMPORTANT-this will not fit a the 2023 and newer Hawk 250 X-Pro models. This kit has a 16mm wrist pin. Please ensure that your engine has a 16mm wrist pin before purchasing. This kit is for 16mm wrist pins only!

If your Hawk 250 has a counterbalance shaft on the engine then it likely has a 15mm wrist pin.
