This is a bolt on kit with no case boring required. Comes with everything you need to install as shown. This is a 52mm bore - we also carry replacement pistons, rings, and gaskets for these kits. Bolt on some power and make your 50/70 way more fun to ride. This kit includes the TB high flow oil pump, It is recommended when installing any big bore to your 50 or 70.

It saves a ton of time installing the oil pump at the same time since removing the cylinder is required to install the oil pump. Our Race Head has been updated for even more performance! It now has 25/22mm valves with better porting/flow. We also kept the combustion chamber the same size and changed the angle of the valves slightly.

This will really wake up your stock engine and is comparable in power to the much larger Chinese 124cc engines!! Lightweight aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve Cast in mounts on cylinder for aftermarket skid plates Oversized cooling fins on cylinder for efficient heat dissipation 52mm high compression piston with rings, pin, & clips Head gasket kit and clutch cover gasket. High performance race camshaft (for the Race Head only).

Larger valves (now 25/22mm Exhaust Valve is not Stainless) and better flow for increased performance. Also has bigger cooling fins. Includes all necessary parts and. Includes: 20mm carb, intake, heat stop, gaskets, mounting hardware/wrench, long adjustable throttle cable, and a angled dual layer foam air filter.

There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit as the parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts. However, its highly recommended that a professional install this kit and make sure its tuned and jetted properly.
